天然气干燥器应用变温吸附的原理,在常温高水汽分压下吸附工作;

在较高温度、低水汽分压下解析再生。即吸附剂在吸附过程中吸附的水份,在再生过程依靠高品质再生气地干燥空气加热的热扩散机理的作用而得以彻底清除。

加热器一般为电加热器,也可用压缩机余热或蒸汽等。 整套装置由两个并列工作的干燥塔及加热器、循环风机、冷却器、过滤器组成。

除干燥塔、再生塔切换需要人工操作外,其余一切动作由装置自动进行,也可设计成全部自动。

The heater is generally an electric heater, and the waste heat or steam of the compressor can also be used. The whole device is composed of two drying towers working in parallel, heater, circulating fan, cooler and filter.

Except that manual operation is required for the switching of drying tower and regeneration tower, all other actions are carried out automatically by the device, or can be designed to be all automatic.
